Meetings are every Wednesday from 4pm to 5pm in Bliss Hall Room 235
Our first meeting of the next semester is: TBD (around 1/25)
Important news and info:
*We received about 250 pieces this semester (to put this in perspective: last semester we received about 170, and two years ago we received about 100). Obviously, not everything will be able to go into the magazine, even though we were able to dig up the money to have 60 pages. Please do not let a not accepted piece deter you from submitting; we simply could not put as many pieces in the magazine as we received. If your submission did not make it in, we suggest sending us an e-mail to set up sometime to talk about it; we will be able to tell you why your piece did not make it in, and please keep in mind that we also simply only had so many pages and had to not include some things. This should help when you submit again (a new piece or a revised version) for the spring.
Notes:
*We had a huge number of pieces submitted within two days of our deadline. Please, please, please try to submit before the day of (or two days before) the deadline. You can start submitting for the spring right now!
*When sending e-mails, please don't forget that we are people, too, and we appreciate salutations and politeness.
